White House Decries 'Democrat Fabrication' as More Epstein Estate Photographs Disclosed

House Democrats have published a fresh batch of what they labeled "disturbing" photographs from the estate of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The initial drop of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—combined with another 70 released later on Friday account for a tiny fraction of the nearly 100,000 images released to the House oversight committee, which is examining the actions and ties of Epstein.

The disgraced financier was a victim of an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Images

Among the notable figures shown in the opening set are public figures featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

Administration Response

The White House responded to the release in a statement, charging Democrats of purposefully "hand-picking" the pictures for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been time and again refuted," an administration official remarked, maintaining that "the Trump administration has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats have ever done by repeatedly calling for disclosure, releasing reams of documents, and demanding further investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Congressional Democrat Statement

The photographs were disclosed without context, but according to a California Democrat and ranking member of the investigative panel, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's associations with wealthy individuals.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House concealment and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he said in a statement.

The publication of these documents coincides with the oversight committee continuing its inquiry into the affair.
